摘要: Early recognition of spinal block in a young man by magnetic resonance imaging and immediate surgical decompression the cord removing epidural mass, which proved to be Hodgkin's disease, was determining factor complete neurologic recovery patient. Postoperative postchemotherapy repeat showed resolution compressing mass. We believe that has prominent role diagnosis follow-up studies lesions without inherent risks other diagnostic procedures.
