Adherence to treatment in patients with psoriasis vulgaris: Turkish experience.

摘要: Background  Treatment adherence has been an important issue in therapies of chronic diseases such as psoriasis vulgaris. There are a few studies on treatment patients literature. Objective  The goal this study is to show and the factors that affect it Turkish population. Methods  A total 109 with vulgaris were enrolled 8-week study. standard questionnaire was completed by patients. ‘Psoriasis Area Severity Index’ ‘Dermatology life quality index’ scores regimens recorded. At end therapy, calculated using self-reported data given level satisfaction reasons for missing recorded. Results  One hundred three (44 men, 59 women) overall rate 75%. Single or divorced had significantly higher mean than married ones. significant correlation between education level. average 44.3%, satisfied statistically more unsatisfied major two non-adherence therapy being busy (25.45%) fed up (21.81%). Conclusion  In present study, we found marital status, adherence. We suggest further different contributing consisting social, cultural psychological effects may be useful
