摘要: Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a compressive neuropathy of the median nerve at wrist. It one most common ailments hand, and thus, carpal release (CTR) procedures performed in upper extremity. The vast majority CTS cases are idiopathic. Some associated with systemic conditions such as diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders, renal failure, rheumatologic disorders. known extra-articular manifestation rheumatoid arthritis early stages disease [6, 7].
