摘要: Optic-nerve head and retinal perfusion were measured in 26 normal volunteers, 28 hypertensive patients (in the preperimetric period of evolution glaucoma) 24 with advanced glaucoma (perimetric period). Patients examined Heidelberg Retina Flowmeter, flow, volume velocity indices assessed each report. Perfusion maps reconstructed based on 12 different acquisitions optic-nerve adjacent retina order to cover a larger area. Result: Normal showed relatively indices, while eyes (glaucomatous period) significantly increased values relation control group (p< 0.001). perimetric decreased 0.001) both groups. Conclusions:(1) During exposure high intraocular pressure, blood flow increases due stimulation autoregulation.(2) When this is longer, autoregulation might not be able preserve thus leading its decrease. (3) Autoregulation seems have “point no return” if pressure too or long.
