摘要: Summary Our study was conducted to further investigate the single-dose approach of hepatitis A vaccination, while providing supportive data on flexibility booster administration. Participants received at least one dose Avaxim 80U Pediatric 11–23 months age, and they will be followed for 10 years. We report here fourth fifth years after first vaccination. Group assignment based whether children 1 no during (Group 1) or 2 doses 2). Anti-HAV antibody concentrations were assessed each annual visit. Of 546 initial participants, 441 (80.8%) 412 (75.5%) up 4 5 years respectively. 411 subjects evaluable Year 5, 318 had vaccine 85 two. Seroprotection rates still high in (99.7%) (100%) two Pediatric, correspondingly. geometric mean decreased both groups compared what 3 years remaining well above 10 mIU/mL threshold The highest found who doses. Hepatitis humoral immunity induced by a single inactivated can persist paediatric population. results also support recommendations favour flexible time window
