摘要: A conceptual model of nursing and health policy was proposed by the authors in 2001. Revisions have been made, has used to guide evolution a doctoral program dissertation research. The revised provides framework for analysis evaluation public, organizational, professional policies influencing quality, cost, access other care services, as well nursing-discipline specific services research at any one four interacting levels: Level 1--efficacy practice processes; 2--effectiveness processes effectiveness efficiency delivery subsystems; 3--equity effective efficient systems, equity distribution costs burdens delivery; 4--justice social changes market interventions addressing equity.
