摘要: Concern with understanding and improving the mental health role of primary care clinicians has been a research interest in United Kingdom, States, for World Health Organization, nearly 20 years. Michael Shepherd colleagues (1966) led way which combined an epidemiological approach to patient population examination clinical practices. Subsequent demonstrated serious gap between high prevalence disorders among patients concommitant low recognition, diagnosis, treatment or referral by (Regier et al., 1978; Hooper 1979).
