摘要: The electrical properties of epoxy/MWCNT (multi-walled carbon nanotubes)/MnFe2O4 hybrid composites loaded with MWCNTs (below, 0.09 vol.%, and above, 0.58 percolation threshold) varying concentrations MnFe2O4 up to 10 vol.% were studied in a wide frequency range (20 Hz-40 GHz) at different temperatures K-500 K). At low frequencies, the dielectric permittivity conductivity fixed amounts MWCNT are strongly dependent on content. For above threshold (i.e., vol.%), highly decreases increase fraction. In contrast, for just below onset (0.09 MWCNTs), there exists an optimal concentration inclusions 0.025 leading dramatic by three orders magnitude. transport is mainly governed electron tunneling lower (below 200 K), it impacted matrix higher (above 400 discussed terms Maxwell-Wagner relaxation distributions times. A non-invasive platform based spectroscopy was proposed enhancing synergetic effect coursed using multiple nanoinclusions polymer threshold.
