摘要: OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the potential value MR elastography (MRE) in characterization solid liver tumors.MATERIALS AND METHODS. Forty-four tumors (14 metastatic lesions, 12 hepatocellular carcinomas, nine hemangiomas, five cholangiocarcinomas, three cases focal nodular hyperplasia, and one hepatic adenoma) were evaluated with MRE. MRE performed a 1.5-T system modified phase-contrast gradient-echo sequence collect axial wave images sensitized along through-plane motion direction. identified on T2- T1-weighted gadolinium-enhanced images, obtained through tumor. A stiffness map (elastogram) generated an automated process consisting inversion algorithm. mean shear tumor calculated manually specified region interest over map. tumor-free parenchyma calculated.
