摘要: Twelve patients with angina pectoris manifested an ability to adapt exercise during treadmill stress testing electrocardiographic monitoring. Three patterns of adaptation were seen. Nine subjects had the continue walking after onset eventual disappearance or lessening anginal pain and associated ischemic ST-segment depression; ST depression began diminish a steady state blood pressure heart rate in those cases which these factors measured. Four able for long periods time depression. demonstrated increase capacity being warmed up by preceding bout exercise-induced angina; pressures rates initial, "warming-up" effort tended be higher than early stages second effort. In three more one demonstrated. Five showed striking subjective objective improvement tolerance while on program regular exercise. Selective coronary cineangiography was performed eight two disease seen: (1) occlusion major vessel good collateral channels circumventing obstruction; (2) strategically placed, proximal, stenotic lesions vessels without frank discernible development. Some diagnostic therapeutic implications findings are discussed.
