摘要: A comparative study of the Raman spectra Cu2BIICIV S4VI and Se4VI(where B = Mn or Fe) magnetic quaternary semiconductor compounds with stannite-type structure (I 4¯2m) has been done. Most fourteen lines expected for these materials were observed in spectra. The two strongest have assigned to IR inactive A11 A12 stannite modes that originated from motion S Se anion around Cu CIV cations remaining at rest. shift frequency about 150 cm−1 lower energies Se4VI as compared those ones, can then be explained due mass effect.
