摘要: The photooxidation of oxalate ions in aqueous dispersions ZnO under UV-illumination has been investigated order to determine the efficiency as hole scavangers. process studied by measuring quantity photooxidized at different experimental conditions. It is observed that number moles photodecomposed increases with irradiation time and mass semiconductor suspension, attaining this case a limiting value. Also, amount both initial concentration light intensity. These results are discussed terms redox processes take place particle-electrolyte interface.
