摘要: The sorting and stabilization of proteins at specific subcellular domains depend upon the formation networks build up by protein-protein interactions. In addition, protein also ensure specificity many regulatory processes bringing together molecules with their targets. Whereas success on identification interactions is (up to a point) technology-driven, assignment functional roles partners remains major challenge. This review summarizes work that led Na+/phosphate cotransporter NaPi-IIa as well effects in expression and/or regulation cotransporter.
