摘要: A framework is proposed for understanding the efficacy of microwave radiative transfer model (RTM) soil moisture with different support scales, seasonality (time), hydroclimates, and aggregation (scaling) methods. In this paper, sensitivity brightness temperature TB (H- V-polarization) to physical variables (soil moisture, texture, surface roughness, temperature, vegetation characteristics) studied. Our results indicate that (V- or H-polarization) determined by upscaling method heterogeneity observed in variables. Under higher heterogeneity, roughness followed a logarithmic function an increasing scale, while exponential under lower heterogeneity. Surface always all conditions. The at H- V- polarization characteristics varied spatial scale (extent support) amount biomass observed. Thus, choosing V-polarization algorithm retrieval tradeoff between land For largely undisturbed natural environments such as SGP’97 SMEX04, remains nearly uniform not influenced extent, method.
