摘要: Fibroblast growth factors (FGFs) are crucial signalling molecules involved in normal cell growth, differentiation and proliferation. Over the past few decades, a large body of research has illustrated effects individual FGFs on tumour initiation progression. Tumour development is commonly accompanied with generation new blood lymph vessels, which support enhanced Moreover, acquisition cells epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) phenotype, enhances migration invasion potentials, steps metastasis. This review summarizes recent findings concerning roles angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis EMT.
