摘要: Summary Background Nursing students are at high risk to become a victim of patient aggression. There is little evidence that training programmes developed for post-registered nurses or in psychiatric forensic settings can meet the needs nursing students. To gain more insight into student nurses’ educational outcomes Germany view target group was explored. Methods Twelve participated semi-structured interviews. Data were evaluated by qualitative content analysis. Results Managing aggression general challenge and not confined settings. Specific problems beginners became evident. Additionally, issues addressed on control causes aggression, interpretation aggressive situations, dealing with patient, coping stress, organizational issues.
