Real-Time Object Tracking and Segmentation Using Adaptive Color Snake Model

摘要: Motion tracking and object segmentation are the most fundamental critical problems in vision tasks such as motion analysis. An active contour model, snake, was developed a useful segmenting tool for rigid or non-rigid objects. In this paper, development of new snake model called "adaptive color (ACSM)" is introduced. The simple operation makes algorithm runs real-time. For robust tracking, condensation adopted to control parameters ACSM. effectiveness ACSM verified by appropriate simulations experiments.
