摘要: Summary: Autoimmune diseases are characterized by autoimmune reactions against one's own widespread determinants. Many cytokines involved in activity regulation and organ involvement various diseases. It is well known that some tissues maintain a very high »entry barrier« concerning the development of immune-mediated inflammation, which leads to state »immune privilege« through generation specialized microenvironment. There different patterns cytokine synthesis particular such as rheumatoid arthritis, type I diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus multiple sclerosis, worth stressing difference between phenotype markers inflammation tissue damage mediators. In most balance proinflammatory antiinflammatory determines extent spread can lead conspicuous clinical effects. SLE patients, for instance, we observed significant elevation TNF-a IL-10 all, but especially neurologic disease form. Understanding fundamental mechanisms T cell differentiation control road strategy modulation prevention diseases, promoting naturally protection from them.
