摘要: Abstract One-pot approach was adopted for the synthesis of highly luminescent near-infrared (NIR)-emitting gold nanoclusters (AuNCs) using bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a protecting agent. The vitamin B6 cofactor pyridoxal conjugated with BSA-AuNCs through free amines BSA and then employed nanomolar detection Hg2+ in aqueous medium via selective fluorescence quenching AuNCs. This nano-assembly successfully applied real sample analysis fish, tap water river water. study also presents chemically-modified cellulosic paper strips detecting ion up to 1 nM.
