摘要: The aim of the present study was to prepare and characterize nanocomposite films improve treatment skin wounds by applying film as a bandage. To modify chitosan (Cs) nanocomposites, mixture between titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2 NPs) performed at different concentrations (2, 5, 10 15 wt%) oleic acid (OA). thin were prepared using casting method. (Cs, Cs/TiO2 NPs, Cs/OA Cs/OA/TiO2 described water absorption (swelling study) biological degradation. Physico-chemical characterizations Cs, Cs/OA, NPs (with only wt% TiO2 determined X-ray diffraction, transmission high-resolution electron microscopy, field emission scanning thermal analysis Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy well their mechanical properties. Antimicrobial activity against microorganisms has been studied assess bacteria. showed good antimicrobial for both Gram-positive Gram-negative therapeutic effects Cs-TiO2 NPs-oleic nanocomposites on healing excision in rat animal model. data obtained revealed that groups treated with enhancement wound closure speed up time.
