摘要: Summary Background: Biliary tract involvement in acute necrotizing pancreatitis is rare. Case Report: We report a case of 53-year-old man who had pancreatic choledochal fistula complicating pancreatitis. The was suspected at computed tomography and confirmed sur -gery. patient underwent necrosectomy, cholecystectomy proximal biliary diversion. He well 1-year follow-up.
