摘要: Apple shoot cultures accumulate phenolic acids, flavonols, catechins, and procyanidins. Increasing the sucrose content reducing macronutrient of culture media both resulted in an enhanced substances. The qualitative composition substances was affected as well. Morphology shoots, preculture time sampling subculture interval influenced reaction pattern.
