摘要: Papers impregnated with melamine formaldehyde based resins are widely used in decorative surface finishing of engineered wood panels for indoor and outdoor applications. For cost-effective production high-quality papers it is great importance to understand the complex interplay between manufacturing conditions technological property profile. In present study, three raw from different suppliers were resin an industrial scale experiment study influence some important variables on processability papers. As numerical factors loading, final moisture content amount curing catalyst systematically varied according a statistical central composite design. The model analyzed their rheological thermal properties using dynamic mechanical method developed by Golombek. target values flow time, cure rate flexibility calculate quantitative models response methodology. It shown that relevant paper parameters significantly influenced supplier as well variables.
