摘要: A simple light scattering detection method for neurotransmitters has been developed, based on the growth of gold nanoparticles. Neurotransmitters (dopamine, L-dopa, noradrenaline and adrenaline) can effectively function as active reducing agents generating nanoparticles, which result in enhanced signals. The strong nanoparticles then allows quantitative simply by using a common spectrofluorometer. In particular, Au-nanoparticle seeds were added to facilitate was found enhance sensing performance greatly. Using this technique seed-mediated limits 4.4 × 10−7 M, 3.5 4.1 7.7 M achieved dopamine, adrenaline, respectively. present strategy be extended detect other biologically important molecules very fast, sensitive way, may have potential applications wide range fields.
