摘要: Abstract The nanocrystalline powders of Y4Al2O9 single doped with Nd3+, Yb3+, Er3+ and co-doped Nd3+ Yb3+ as well were obtained by a modified sol-gel method starting from nitrates acetates rather than citrates. characterised X-ray diffraction method, high resolution scanning electron microscopy luminescence spectroscopy. Close similarity low temperature emission spectra recorded for powder crystal counterpart grown the micro-pulling technique implies that applied is able to provide material in which structural peculiarities encountered bulk crystals are maintained. Efficiency nonradiative energy transfer between rare earth ions was assessed based on analysis decay curves. It has been concluded host may be promising design multiple phosphors whose characteristics tailored properly chosen activators.
