摘要: SUMMARY Breast blisters (BB) are an important factor affecting the carcass grade of broilers. To investigate effects floor type, stocking density, and sex management on incidence BB, orthogonal design with 3 factors levels [L9(3 4 )] was used in this study. A total 324 Arbor Acre broilers, 21 d age, were randomly allocated into 9 groups 2 replicates each, raised cages different types (wire netting, plastic slats, bamboo slats), at densities (17, 14, 11 broilers/m ), (males, females, mixed sexes). Effects these growth performance, some biochemical indexes studied for birds from to 42. The results showed that type had greatest effect BB compared density management. broiler significantly higher wire netting than those or slats (P 0.05). Birds antioxidant capability values < Malondialdehyde content group In study, main environmental Results suggest increased serum lactic acid malondialdehyde involved development BB.
