Sister-chromatid exchange frequencies in postmenopausal hormone replacement patients.

摘要: Our objective was to evaluate the frequency of sister-chromatid exchange (SCE) during hormone replacement therapy in postmenopausal women. Thirty-four asymptomatic women with a minimum 12 months since last menstrual period and surgical menopausal were included study. Seventeen patients who spontaneous menopause administered conjugated estrogen medroxyprogesterone acetate (group A), others given 17beta-estradiol only B).
