摘要: In this work, the overall objective was to give a contribute knowledge of breeding environment conditions as regards issues great interest which concern protection animal welfare, healthiness environment, operators' safety in workplace and environmental protection. The main work verify levels ammonia concentrations different functional areas two naturally ventilated semi-open dairy houses Sicily (Italy), through measurement at heights from floor also relation inside microclimatic variables outside climate conditions. An experimental protocol for measuring concentration within well internal microclimate external climatic ones proposed. An estimation emission values carried out by comparing methods.A technique emissions reduction tested, using processing residue coffee industry. This could be regarded feasible field since experiment showed approximately 50% choice dried vegetal material is suitable due its easy availability territory.
