摘要: Purpose : Out goal was to describe those diseases of the airways that manifest tree-in-bud (TIB) pattern on CT scan and establish a differential diagnosis for this finding. Method We prospectively collected cases with TIB reviewed scans patients histories pertaining small airway disease. were performed at I 3 mm collimation. Results Twenty-six 27 had associated bronchiectasis or proximal wall thickening. One case normal an acute aspiration. In addition, we 141 emphysema, respiratory bronchiolitis (RB), obliterans (BO), organizing pneumonia (BOOP), extrinsic allergic alveolitis (EAA), bronchiectasis, bronchitis, pneumonia. Of 25.6% TIB, 17.6% infectious bronchitis pattern. None BO, BOOP, EAA, RB Conclusion The is mostly pulmonary infections commonly involve large airways. This present in bronchiectasis.
