摘要: Barium strontium niobate (BSN) ceramics with different amounts of BaO–SrO–Nb2O5–Al2O3–B2O3–SiO2 (BSNABS) glass additive were prepared via the conventional solid-state sintering method, and their behavior, microstructure, electric properties energy storage systematically investigated. It was found that addition BSNABS could significantly lower temperature, refine grain size enhance breakdown strength ceramics. Meanwhile, reduction dielectric constant for BSN slowed down due to precipitation ferroelectric phase BaAl2Si2O8 from during process. In addition, impedance spectra results showed high boundary resistance main reason enhancement strength. The sample 4 wt% possessed highest 240 kV/cm, maximum density 0.982 J/cm3 efficiency 76.5%, which may be used as a suitable candidate ceramic material capacitor.
