摘要: The paper reviews the existing research related to asthma disparities and frames results of this within a conceptual model modified from Institute Medicine in order explain health Latino children USA. pediatric disparity presented is based on conceptualization as result complex interaction factors four main domains: individual family, environment or context which child lives, health-care system, provider characteristics. Asthma are discussed they reflected process care (access quality treatment) outcome (prevalence, morbidity, severity) experienced by children. potential mechanisms that may account for documented proposed discussed. Finally, several suggestions future examining determinants examined.
