摘要: Chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD) following transplantation limits long-term survival considerably. The main reason for this is a lack of knowledge regarding the pathological condition and establishment treatment. consensus statement from International Society Heart Lung Transplantation on CLAD in 2019 classified into two phenotypes: Bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome restrictive syndrome. Along with clear classification, further exploration mechanisms development appropriate prevention treatment strategies each phenotype are desired. In review, we summarize new definition update existing underlying bronchiolitis syndrome, which have been elucidated clinicopathological observations animal experiments worldwide.
