摘要: The present invention belongs to the metamaterial sensor technical field and provides a polarization structure for realizing functions in microwave low frequency bands, particular an artificial surface plasmon-based sensor. is characterized that: subwavelength periodic trenches are formed ultra-thin metal cylindrical structure; filled with dielectric materials; constants of materials uniform; depths cylinder different; center portion no inside does not overlap whole cylinder; when electromagnetic waves enter structure, probe at one side can detect different intensities which from directions, so that function be realized. has advantages simple manufacture, cost high economic efficiency.
