摘要: A new procedure for transformation of Amycolatopsis (Nocardia) mediterranei LBG A3136 was developed. The method makes use polyethylene glycol and alkaline cations enables direct the A. mycelium with high efficiency: more than 10(6) transformants per microgram DNA were obtained. Transformation is stimulated by ionophore antibiotic valinomycin abolished arsenate p-chloromercuribenzenesulfonate. pMEA123, a vector based on indigenous plasmid pMEA100 containing erythromycin resistance gene, constructed.
