摘要: A controlled release pellet formulation using a NanoCrystal® colloidal dispersion of ketoprofen was developed. In order to be able process the aqueous into hydrophobic solid dosage form spray drying procedure used. The in vitro dissolution profiles wax based pellets loaded with nanocrystalline are compared microcrystalline and commercial sustained formulation. Pellets were produced melt pelletisation technique. All formulations composed mixture starch derivatives. derivatives used waxy maltodextrin drum dried corn starch. Varying concentration increased rate but recovery remained problematic. To increase yield surfactants utilised. either added during production (sodium laurylsulphate) or manufacturing (Cremophor® RH 40). Both methods resulted complete from matrix formulations.
