摘要: In present work, the pure and brilliant green dye doped single crystals of nonlinear optical zinc tris(thiourea) sulfate have been grown for first time using slow evaporation solution technique from their aqueous solutions. The powder X-ray diffraction FT-Raman spectroscopic investigations were carried out to confirm identify crystal structure vibrational modes, respectively. strong effect on morphology is observed. For band gap analysis diffused reflectance was measured. Two absorption bands observed in spectrum centered at ~425 627 nm due dye. Room temperature PL study with 310 excitation show noticeable enhancement UV-blue emission 348 doping also violet-blue 420 Mechanical strength found be enhanced doping. All results that properties ZTS are enriched can applied optoelectronic devices.
