摘要: Abstract Disaccharides representing the antigenic determinants of O-antigenic polysaccharide chain Salmonella serogroups B and D were synthesized, covalently linked to bovine serum albumin as immunogenic carrier. Rabbits, immunized with these artificial antigens, produced antisera which shown by passive hemagglutination complement-midiated bactericidal assays, be specific superior conventional antisera. When used in indirect immunofluoresence tests for identification bacteria, also proved highly specific, correctly identifying all isolates.
