摘要: Spirochetes have been implicated as potential etiologic agents of periodontitis in humans. Murine monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) specific for a serogroup Treponema denticola, an oral spirochete, were developed and characterized this study. Antibodies secreted by clone IAA11 judged to be the most useful, since they able detect 8 15 T. denticola strains. This MAb consisted immunoglobulin G3 heavy chain kappa light chain. was found react with epitope target located on outer sheath cell wall. should diagnostic scientific value study populations human periodontitis.
