摘要: There is a growing interest in the threat posed by increase number of prisoners released from prison each year. Some have argued that unless new services and programs are funded, increasing waves will pose major to public safety general. This paper reexamines these other issues finds significant portion little if any current parole supervision system often serves rather than reduce recidivism. While social, economic, residential, family needs, they not sufficient restrict their release prison.
