摘要: The adsorption of the amino acid L-cysteine (L-Cys) onto Ag(110) surface at room temperature is investigated using reflection anisotropy spectroscopy (RAS). L-Cys metal surfaces offers a route to immobilisation proteins with potential applications in nanoscale fabrication biomaterial surfaces. binds strongly by formation thiolate linkage.
