摘要: Previous studies have provided evidence to question the equivalence of data gathered by different administration modes and suggest that noncognitive instruments validated for paper-and-pencil may not be valid computerized administration. In this study, a series analyses variance-covariance matrices tested measurement collected from formats. Four work-related psychological measures were in study. There was no mode had an effect on equivalence.
