摘要: The major aim of Session 1 the 2018 European Association Hematopathology/Society for Hematopathology Workshop was to collect examples cutaneous lymphomas, excluding mycosis fungoides/Sezary syndrome, as defined in current WHO classification tumours haemetopoietic and lymphoid tissues. Overall 42 cases were submitted. These considered four main categories: primary B cell lymphomas (12 cases), T lymphomas/lymphoproliferations with CD8+/cytotoxic phenotype CD30-positive lymphoproliferative disorders (15 cases) lymphomas/leukaemias CD4+ (4 cases). Using these examples, we able present full spectrum lymphoproliferations (excluding syndrome), including rare, provisional new entities listed 2017 update classification. findings are summarized this report emphasis on differential diagnostic considerations importance clinico-pathological correlation final subtyping. In presenting hope raise awareness enigmatic group neoplasms further our understanding rare disease entities.
