摘要: We developed a Raman-compatible chip for isolating microorganisms from complex media. The isolation of bacteria is achieved by using antibodies as capture molecules. Due to the very specific interaction with targets, this approach promising even matrices such body fluids. Our choice molecules also enabled investigation samples containing yet unidentified bacteria, can large variety based on their analogue cell wall surface structures. capability our system demonstrated broad range different Gram-positive and Gram-negative germs. Subsequent identification done recording Raman spectra bacteria. Further, it shown that classification chemometric methods possible.
