摘要: OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the factor structure of PSS (Cohen, Kamarck & Mermelstein, 1983), in Chilean workers. METHOD: The sample was composed 200 workers from Antofagasta, Chile (62.5% women), with an age average 39.14. An Exploratory Factor Analysis applied. retain factors, Parallel and a comparison adjustment between nested models others used. RESULTS: found two factors is coherent literature. CONCLUSION: validity has been proved appropriate for sampled studied.
