摘要: We showed that the application of a soliton in nonlinear coupler does not show better switching performance than Gaussian pulse, unlike what existing theory expected. Like could also suffer distortion, broadening, or narrowing directional coupler. In addition, by using new normalized format linearly coupled Schrodinger equations were investigated. For first time, we found both coupling behavior and pulses depend on product coefficient dispersion length. for given with Gaussian-like soliton-like pulse input, whether breaks up mainly input width, shape.
