摘要: Interfaces based on mid-air gestures often use a one-to-one mapping between and commands, but most remain very basic. Actually, people exhibit inherent intrinsic variations for their gesture articulations because carry dependency with both the person producing them specific context, social or cultural, in which they are being produced. We advocate that allowing applications to map many one command is key step give more flexibility, avoid penalizations, lead better user interaction experiences. Accordingly, this paper presents our results variability. mainly concerned understanding variability from pure user-centric perspective. describe comprehensive investigation how users vary production of under unconstrained articulation conditions. The conducted study consisted two tasks. first provides model conception gestures; we also derive an embodied taxonomy gestures. This used as basis second experiment, perform fine grain quantitative analysis Based these results, discuss implications interface designs.
