摘要: The fluorescence-activated cell sorter and a rosette-depletion technique were used to separate rat spleen lymphocytes BCG-activated into subpopulations with without the antigens defined by W3/13, W3/23 OX8 monoclonal antibodies. resultant populations then tested for natural killer (NK) activity in quantifiable 6 hr 51Cr release assay. data establish that cells are heterogeneous respect their surface antigen expression of NK express W3/13 antigens.
