Structural and magnetic properties of the layered perovskite system Sr2−Pr CoO4 (x = 0.7, 0.9, 1.1)

摘要: Abstract We report the detailed structural and temperature dependent magnetic properties of well characterized, polycrystalline samples Sr2−xPrxCoO4 (x = 0.7, 0.9, 1.1), in range 5 K–300 K. In (0.7 ≤ x short or long ferromagnetic (FM) order appears below T C ~ 150 K. general low state is a mixture FM, paramagnetic (PM) antiferromagnetic (AFM) matrices. The spin glass phase (SG) observed Sr1.1Pr0.9CoO4 f  = 15 K due to comparable strengths FM AFM interactions. With increasing x, Jahn-Teller distortion weakens interaction starts dominating. Isothermal remanent magnetization (IRM) as function time (t) shows that relaxation mechanism associated with interfaces between different types
