A Model for Optimizing Location Selection for Biomass Energy Power Plants

摘要: In addition to its potential for wave power, wind hydropower, and solar it can be said that Vietnam is a country with great biomass energy derived from agricultural waste, garbage, urban wastewater, which are resources widely available across the country. This huge amount of biomass, however, if left untreated, could become major source pollution cause serious impacts on ecosystems (soil, water, air), as well human health. this research, authors present fuzzy multicriteria decision-making model (FMCDM) optimizing site selection process power plants. All criteria affecting location identified by experts literature reviews; in addition, analytic hierarchy (FAHP) method was utilized so identify weight all second stage. Furthermore, Technique Order Preference Similarity an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) applied ranking locations final stage research. As result, Long An (DMU/005) found best building Vietnam. The main contributions work include modeling decision under environment conditions. proposed approaches also address complex problems selection; flexible design considering evaluation criteria, applicable other industries.
