摘要: Disaster Management (DM) is a complex set of interrelated activities. The activities are often knowledge intensive and time sensitive. Sharing the required timely critical for DM. In developed countries, recurring disasters (e.g. floods), there dedicated document repositories Plans (DMP) that can be accessed as needs arise. However, accessing appropriate plan in manner sharing between plans requires domain intimate first place. this paper, we introduce an agent-based analysis method to convert DMPs into collection units stored unified repository. repository DM actions then enables mixing matching different plans. structured layered abstraction according Meta Object Facility (MOF). We use flood management used by SES NSW illustrate give preliminary validation approach. It illustrated using along prone Murrumbidgee River central NSW.
